Deeply Cultivate The Die-casting Field And Be Grateful For The Trust Of Customers

In the fourth quarter of 2022, a North American auto parts buyer in China contacted our company for the first time through Alibaba . The customer put forward strict requirements on high-pressure die-casting process, thin-walled structural parts and production capacity. During the first factory inspection, the customer focused on our company:
1. The working efficiency of the die-casting machine
2. The accuracy performance of the mold temperature closed-loop control system
3. The detection ability of X-ray flaw detection equipment for pore defects

After three rounds of technical docking, the two parties reached a cooperation intention on the ADC12 aluminum alloy die-casting project. Our technical team has achieved the following results:
✅ Mold flow analysis software optimizes the design of the gating system
✅ Local extrusion technology controls product deformation
✅ Vacuum-assisted die casting improves density

The first sample was delivered within 20 working days. After testing in the customer's laboratory, key indicators: surface hardness, flatness tolerance and porosity all met the customer's standards

With stable mold life control (exceeding 80,000 molds) and intelligent monitoring system for melt temperature, the project achieved the following results in the first year of mass production:
✦ Monthly order peak reached 13,000 pieces
✦ Production yield continued to remain above 90%
✦ On-time delivery rate reached 100%, and annual order volume reached nearly 1.4 million US dollars

In 2023, due to the fluctuation of international aluminum prices and other factors, the production cost of products rose too high. The cooperation between the two parties on price issues was suspended. During this period, the customer also tried to find other factories for processing, but because the delivery time and quality did not meet the requirements, the customer led the team again in the second half of 2024 and negotiated with our factory many times. Finally, normal cooperation was resumed in October. At present, the two parties have expanded the cooperation of the production line of zinc die casting parts. Special thanks to the customer for their trust and support. The project of this accessory and new accessories was handed over to our company for implementation.
