The process of finished zinc die castings
 

 

●Molding: The zinc alloy is poured into a mold, which has the desired shape and size of the final product.

●Melting: The raw material, which is typically zinc alloy, is heated to its melting point in a furnace.

●Injection: The molten zinc alloy is injected under high pressure into the mold using a die casting machine.
