Spin casting

Spin casting process is also called centrifugal casting.After the metal is melted, pour in from the top of spin cast machine, and fill the liquid metal evenly in the silicone mold cavity through a high -speed rotation. After cooling, the casting is formed.It doesn't require complicated mold,so it has the advantages of lower mold cost and faster lead time.It is suitable for the production of metal crafts or metal parts which don't need high precision requirement.
