Products Description

 

Indium tin alloy is an alloy with a low melting point, usually made of indium and tin in different proportions. The melting point of this alloy depends on the ratio of indium to tin, generally between 60℃ and 118℃. The most common ratio is In52Sn48, with a melting point of 117℃ and good electrical and thermal conductivity. Manufacturers will also change the ratio according to different customer applications.
